Am getting EASE with Dr. Kasey Li, going to couple that with 24hr Facemask, 1kg on each TAD. That should create enough of an overbite to qualify for IMDO with Paul from Profilo Surgical. Once IMDO is done align with braces and replace my missing premolars with implants and then get rhinoplasty for the crooked nose.

Will that cover everything? Also I’d say the thinning hair is due to my sleep apnea/uars.

Are you getting EASE covered by insurance? Only flaw I see besides the crooked nose is a general narrowing of the face. EASE could. completely fix both issues. (I have read an account of someone who claims palatal expansion somehow straightened out their crooked nose.)
