Wdym "let"? Germans had many advantages on the Polish - their army was bigger, their techonlogies and war-machines more advanced, all the soldiers had good training and high motivation and they used the blitz-krieg tactics.
It basically was a fight of Germans with great war-technologies, advanced Tanks and Air Force and military tactic versus the Polish that still used cavalry and old weapons of WWI. France was invaded too and surrendered in couple of months like the polish.

Well it is very complicated, the polish had a lot of problems inside the country so they could not really do allat like Hitler did. Nigga held for himslef all the power in the country and focused on advancing the army and economy and other things in Germany, while Poland was a new state that just was created with a bad system and a lot of instability. Outside of that Germany had a very strong industrial base from the beginning, a lot of intelligent educated people and generally some wealth, they just had to pick a strong leader and recover allat, while Poland was a completely new country with nothing.
