Police just kicked my door down

Apparently some roommate of mine was selling drugs here (I didn't know about it) so police barged my door down and put me in handcuffs because they had an arrest warrant to search the place.

It was really weird, I was asleep and I was so scared I thought they were ghosts at first, or demons trying to capture my soul. I kept telling them I didn't do anything wrong and they reassured me that I wasn't the intended target and then they took the cuffs off me and proceeded to search the place (not my room).

This is like top 5 scariest things to happen to me, they used a fucking battering ram and now my door lock is fucked. I need to wait for the estate agent to come and fix it because it's 5 in the morning.

It literally happened in one second they were too fast, as I mentioned in the title I have learning disabilities. I'm much slower then a normal person Plus they didn't arrest me. They put handcuffs on me, I sat down with some of them talking whilst they searched the other guy, and then 20 minutes later they took the cuffs off my hands.

You could at least provoked them, insulted them until they started to beat you. Then you could have sued them for violence.

You should prepare for future events like this one. Get a sturdy metal door with several locks on it. Keep a closet on wheels near it, that you push against the door when you are inside so it would prevent anyone from entering fast. Have an escape route planned in case the police comes kicking at your door.
If you live in a building with several floors, have a rope tied to something sturdy, that you can quickly throw outside the window and climb down fast to escape. Keep a backpack with essential stuff and some disguise items in it, so when you're outside you can quickly put on a wig, fake beard, etc. and be unrecognizable to the police if you are stopped.
