I remember a few years back some ethnic broke out of the prison I live in the vicinity off.
The police told everyone to stay at home and when asked they said it was "north african read person".
In the radio description of the culprit this wasn't even mentioned.
jfl, one of the most important things in identifying the culprit wasn't mentioned in the radio. Instead his clothes were mentioned, which he could have easily changed
