POLITICAL IDEA: PROFESSIONAL RAPIST

I believe in harsh punishments for criminals, so what about rapists? I mean obviously we should kill them, but what about raping them? Now obviously the rapist would have to be a man they aren’t attracted to, but what if the government hired an ugly gay incel to just rape ppl who break the law (rapists mostly but maybe some other ppl if it seems right). Would benefit the gay incels, would punish the rapists, and would deter future rapes (unless they wanted that, in which case i propose “knife-rape”, where you rape em with a knife by repeatedly inserting and removing from the ass).
