I mean we all know that voting won't change anything.
So what are the alternatives?

If we look back in history, the national socialsts came into power through political upset afetr WW1.
The Communists came into power through political upset during WW1.
Same with Italy and Spain.

So what's the conclusion? Will we only see political change through a major destabilization like the economy collapsing or war?
Probably

Why?
Because the majority of people are sheep. They support the most popular trend at the moment.
So the trend needs to be a rejection of the system, then alternative ideologies can gain momentum.

What would you need to do once that happens?
Radicalization, violence an conflict amongst the people. Trying to find a compromise is bad for extremist Ideologies.
Did Hitler settle for his role as chancellor? No
Once the ruling ideology realizes another ideology getting too big, they try to merge with it and destroy it from the inside while they are still in the majority.

So how can extremist Ideologies take over a country?
  1. A major catastrophe and destabilization of the system
  2. The opposition needs to spout more hate and conflict, through street fights, destruction and propaganda
  3. Once the momentum is gained, do not settle for a agreement until you have more power than the ruling system
  4. And obviously abuse the power as soon as you have it. Declare martial law, destroy democracy and eliminate all possibilities for the old system to return

Most of this is water, but I wanted to make this thread anyways :Comfy:

Alternatives: coup.

So basically it wouldn't work
Also wouldn't work because of other countries stepping in. If there was a revolution in Germany, the whole NATO would send reinforcements

its not hard to get weapons and the rule for revolutions etc. is: "you need minimally 1/30th of the population with you." which isnt that much all together.1/30 people surely think like you it's much less than you think.

Even though politics are important your vote and opinion is utterly useless. And when I bring this up around other people they always say ohh „then somebody else’s opinion is gonna count double since you didn’t vote theyre opinion means more“ and even if this is the case The 1-2 votes don’t make the difference between the 10milion+ other voters. The only difference you can make is if you become a politician but by that time you are already corrupted

No, nigga, to carry out a coup you need the support of the vast majority of the population or the armed forces. You only have to see how even self-coups like the one in Korea don't work, even if you still have power over the armed forces.
