In a hypothetical world, your government controls migration strictly, only allowing migrants with a clean record and decent level of education and enroll them in classes where they learn the local history and language basics bi-weekly.
Of most of these migrants come from countries like India, Middle East, Africa etc. but are now not contributing to statistics, can speak local language to a basic extent and behave well etc. Would you still be hostile towards them? Would you be okay with legal migrants coming in then?
If not, why?
