Starting to realize the vast majority of people who are into politics care more about belonging to a group than being morally consistent
If you confront their inconsistencies, they’ll do everything they can to stay in their group and push you out, there is zero analysis or examination to be found in politics to the point where it’s best to not engage at all. Your views on how the world should run, should be formed in as isolated and individualized a context as possible.
