people do care for their looks they just virtue signal about how surgery isn't needed or they genuinely have no idea how to ascend it's more redpill + bluepill. Their version of looksmaxxing is being well groomed and going to the gym that's about it though.

Yeah when I say care about there looks I mean most people aren't doing everything they can to look better you care for living right most do but most eat unhealthy knowing its bad they dont care for there life but obviously they do thats what I mean when I say they dont care for there looks obviously if they could eat a pill that made them the most attractive version off themselves they'd take it

only if you're MTN you can hope to achieve HTN, if you're LTN you have subpar bone structure above LF2 area and the mandible. Atleast with MTN it's usually a big failo or 2 (nose, tiny jaw width, short lower third, underbite, overbite (overjet)) holding you back from hitting HTN. Easy example is look at all the dudes that went with giant implants they're still invisible to most foids after all of that money with the top implant designer
