To me break up is worse because if I was cheated on that means she only wanted to fuck and a new exprience/romance with the other guy.

If she breaks up with me that means I am total trash who is not worthy to even have a relationship with and 90% chance she already found someone to fuck so the pain is the same from cheating. Who cares that it happened a week after our break up?

Nah she can break up because of many reasons, maybe she has to move away or I've been treating her like shit etc and she might still love me in these cases but cheating means that she literally saw something in the guy that's not in you because there's no way she would fuck another guy if you are better than that guy in every aspect.
