I think I have naturally low blood sugar. I have never been fat or chubby since I was a baby. My sister is diagnosed with hypoglycemia and she gets sick and fatigued after not eating for a few hours, I get a similar thing, if I'm really caught up in a project and forget to eat I'll realize when I am all tired and shaky. My Dad is really skinny and has never been chubby but he has hyperthyroidism.

No natural selection for a long time. My Mom has some respiratory disorder and I have raynaud's phenomenon, autism, and chronic nonbacterial prostatitis from an informal nofap at 16. My grandparents are pretty healthy though. My Dad is also pretty healthy outside of the hyperthyroidism, he was a meth and heroin addict for like 6 years and homeless for about 5 years, and he looks normal for a 40 year old.

Understandable. I can think my facial features different if I think about it, I'm not kidding. It's subtle but after I broke up with a girl I kept getting more prominent zygos and a less bloated face, I just kept thinking it, it was a positive feedback loop. My face used to look different every glance in the mirror but I've developed a more consistent image.
