If you had already hardmaxxed moderately and were still considered ugly to women and required multiple surgeries to be somewhat attractive (bimax+genioplasty +other soft tissue surgeries) and were poor, would you…

1. I would take on 50k+ in debt and get invasive jaw surgeries and more to eventually be attractive

2. I would despawn

i mean u only got one life, why not go all in and do the surgeries. you can still rope afterwards if the surgeries wont ascend you and you will be dept forever.
