Drank blood as a kid but the only raw meat i eat is fish why tf would I eat raw meat pretty sure u can get an infection

I actually bought deer and moose liver yesterday. Wild is the best, it's frozen though, unfortunately, but better than nothing.

keep it at room temperature for 4-5 hours before u eat it raw

I eat raw beef daily. Around a half kilo ish of it. Straight from the supermarket too a bit ballsy but I haven’t got sick yet after a couple months.

Perfect food.

I believe it’s one of the reasons why I’m able to put on lean mass so easily.

No prep time too and tastes much better than it being cooked.

Honestly no good reason to cook beef if it’s lean enough and good quality. Raw is better in every way possible
