Nice, I live in a hot environment and don’t have skin adapted for the heat so I must use sunscreen

Whenever I go outside. Ageing and getting wrinkles is my biggest nightmare. I even have slight nasolabial folds and tear throughs; they make me incredibly depressed.

Basically everytime I'm outside during daytime. If it's cloudy I might only use Eucerin which is SPF 25 but I try to use the SPF 50 everytime.

I also use retinol 0.5% every/every other night.

I put in on in the morning before school because I bike to school but not before I bike home because I’m too lazy

I only put it on my face and neck so save sunscreen
