But that's a completely cultural distinction not a biological one, there are some 20 year olds that are still in high school because they got held back, they'd seem just as 'immature', so it's a purely environmental distinction not a biological one, most women finish puberty 2 years earlier than men, so a 16 year old woman is equivalent in development (biologically) to an 18 year old man, and remember that a 16 year old woman giving birth is less likely to have complications than a 35 year old woman giving birth.

There's a reason just as recent as like 40 years ago a 16 year old woman dating men in their 20s/30s wasn't seen as a big deal at all, it's because they're biological adults.

-They are not developmentally stunted (neurologically or physically)
-You are not in any posistion of power over them (teacher, counselor, manager at work, etc.)
-You do not manipulate them or lie to them (dont lie about age, your intentions, as in if you dont wanna LTR them dont lie and say you do)
-They are sober and not under influence of drugs or alchohol
-You are not blackmailing or using any sort of leverage to "force them to say yes"

If you are responsible with it I think its ok, any younger than 16 is a no go
