Idk why his jaw looks so rounded in the after, it's weird. Swelling? You are right but his face height was not tall enough. The issue is if you simply downgraft the maxilla to fix the issue then you may introduce lip incompetence. Right now his nasolabial angle is cooked and idk if you can fix that easily

I wonder what his total fwhr was before and how much face height he needed, I’m too lazy to measure it. But honestly i think downgrafting was his only option, what else was he gon do?

Mfs cheekbones so wide it nuked his face height. Downgrafting and making the face longer in height is some real artificial shit that should optimally only be done if you have SFS and otherwise avoiding it. Doing it on someone like Timothy can obviously lead to complications.
