Talented bc musicians can get idolised despite looking mid, atheletes are always famous, even Ribery, you just have to not be subhuman, and if you're the best at something popular, you'll be known.
Depends what kind of famous you want, for social media, GL is enough. To be on TV a lot you need to be charismatic, jordan peterson is high IQ (and charismatic too i guess) but he is more niche.
Money isn't that effective, I mean everyone knows Jeff Bezos but he gets a lot of hate too.

Depends you haven’t been specific enough, but I’d say if you are extremely talented at something, then you would not even need to market yourself… it’ll happen to you as people take notice
Because there’s many niches in this world, you’ll have an entire fandom worshipping you for simply being the best

Good charismatic funny personality won’t work in todays world where extremes like iShowSpeed are what get attention
High IQ can only take you so far, there’s many people in the world with a high IQ - tho not everyone wants to be famous
Money depends.. you got a few million, or a billion?
Good looks, unless you are 7PSL, you aren’t going to break through anything
