He went overboard. It’s way too narrow now. What he needed was a way to make the nose longer to cover the philtrum a bit more and maybe just a little Botox to make it less flared out. But the first surgery doesn’t even exist to my knowledge (you can make a nose more droopy but that’s retarded)
