The ideal size is the average/med so it doesn't look too small irl which is weird and not too big that it makes you look like you have a building on your head now remove that reaction cause it hurts my feelings

Especially as an aesthetic high functioning with plenty of neural activity, man you're going to need a very large skull, you just want an even bigger body to compensate, ancient skulls used to be twice, triple the size

As a women skull size is important, obviously ratios on what is small and what is large and how that fits on a body ultimately important, you don't want anything in the extreme there but they have more leeway
