I don't know, it's a gym thing, whenever you go into one, some meatheads will stare at you and ask: "How much do you bench, bro?". They judge people based on just how much they can bench or lift.

In lbs my best ever is ~365 but I never really consistently trained barbell bench for strength past my first few natty years
I like to think I could have hit 4 plates had I kept roidceling to the degree I was and focusing more on increasing my bench rather than just training for hypertrophy

Dunno. 225 for 10 reps. Don't bench all that much these days.
 
Did 4 plates natty at my peak (405lbs/180kg)..maybe few users will top that here, but I also did weighted pull up + 100kg attached to me…so doubt many will top this if any

Best squat was 285kg

I bench with 115kg at the moment for 10-12 reps. I mostly did presses on machinesrthis year but lately been using free weights again

Untrained = 65kg (145lbs)
4 months of training = 83kg (180lbs)
1 year of training = 100kg (220lbs)

Make sure you make it clear it’s pounds not KG and I doubt most of these guys are benching 300+ what a load of retsrds most guys here will be lucky to even bench 80kg for 1 rep

I do 100kg myself. I had that at 18 I dunno what I can do now but I only do 50-80kg for 12 reps
 
I do 75kg for 1 rep @ 58kg bodyweight

I can bench press 100lbs i know for sure. I havent bench pressed in a while but i am weak as fuck
 
I think my max was 120kg when I went to gym. Now I just do flyes and pushups

Sometimes standing db press. It's better for upper chest development anyway

When I was in highschool and in shape I maxed out at 2 plates. Not gonna 🧢 and act like I can still bench that or like that was something consistent. I could do 10 reps of 2 plates then I was wheezing for air.
