Trying to build a harem as a man is extremely difficult and infeasible most of the time. But if a man actually has easy access to multiple fertile women with little consequence, he's obviously going to have sex with all of them.

The female sex drive is so low it's practically irrelevant. Women get slightly "horny" for good genes around their ovulatory phase, but other than that, women are mostly fucking for survival purposes (attention, resources, etc.).

Of course but it proves my point. Slaying is due to insecurities often times, so a high bodycount for men has to with psychological damage too (at least in many cases). A man without insecurities would most likely prefer LTR.
