I stopped growing at 16, right before I started my degree.

Went from 189 to 191 during 16 to early twenties. I think it was posture related though, since I started doing exercises to help that out. I had slight APT ( anterior pelvic tilt ).

Early twenties to now, still the same height. Checked with a stadiometer at a clinic recently + my local gym. Calibrated and accurate.
