The local stores literally have foi gras( duck liver ), lean slightly salted carpaccio, multiple raw cheeses, and there milk is very lowly pasteurized until recently. Mind you these are LOCAL...not some fucking farmers market which you have to drive an hour to get fresh produce from, + its extremely cheap. Many harmful produce salvaging agents are banned in Europe too( until recently ).
