Poor partner selection choice?

Not going to come on here and get mad at my mother but all my problems in life come from her. My dad is a 6”3, NT and he’s relatively smart being able to earn around $600,000 a year. Whilst my mum is 5”2 ND asf (Autism, adhd, bi polar, and some other health conditions). Now I’ve inherited all her problems making me short nd dumb and I have physical problems, I love my mum but sometimes I wonder what it would be like if my dad had just chosen someone else

seems like wasnt that smart either wanting to have a child with your mother, i have the same thing but not that bad.
