One day I going around the house finding ways to commit suicide. I came across the string used to pull the trapdoor down.
I thought about using it to commit suicide but realised the trapdoor would just drop. It gave me an idea.

It has to be a spring loaded one that pops up automatically. The springs on these things are very strong so it provides a lot of tension.
Bite on your string with your side teeth and alternate sides.
If you don't have an attic, get one installed.
