Popping sounds from nose

My nose is really fckd up my tip hardens for few days then becomes soft the same cycle reccurs, also pressure is felt on side of nose bridge, it become wide sometimes and the skin of nose feels very tight what might be the problem it's really frustrating

Can it be treated or controlled I think I get this when I go outside like riding 2 wheeler, my eyes also becomes red and nose looks wide and hard can it be dust allergy because when I stay indoor it isn't a problem

Consider doing a saline rinse (warm water and salt you can use a condiment bottle if needed)

I did this 3 times a day when i had my rhinoplasty, very useful.

Ok I think I used to push my nose because it looks deviated to one side since then it started giving troubles I am such a fool
