If rape is legal inside frat houses, no foid can come up with an excuse and say that she didn’t know what she was signing up to do when she goes there blackout drunk. This would also reduce the rape rate as well, as any of the very few genuinely gullible women who didn’t know that sex is on the table would then just not go to these frats.
Without a law like this, a foid can enter a frat and just ruin any guys life in an instant. In fact, you could argue that just by entering a frat the foid is raping every single man in that building. In that case, “rape” is actually just self defense.
