2 of the key vitamins for anyone eating modern diet which is often devoid of them. High carb consumption and caffeine intake for example deplete vitamin B1 very fast and the lack of it causes problems with glucose metabolism.

K2 is prob more known by everyone browsing these forums due to its bone building effect.

Pork is somewhat rightfully demonized nowadays due to their living conditions and grain diet (also some religions view it unfit as food) but organic pastured pork is one of the most underrated animal foods out there.

Even the Okinawans based their diet around pastured pork with some additional sweet potato and seafoods but vegan copers always fail to mention this and talk about them being healthy eating only sweet potatoes, which is not true and was due to famine.

Pork is my favorite meat, aside from Fish.
