Is there Any way to get rid of it or atleast Any tips or advice to minimalize it?

I never was addicted to it but one thing which I read helps is to make it clear to yourself that porn isn’t the main issue. It’s just an escape for your shit life. A cope like every other drug addiction to escape and forget about reality and your problems.
So what that means is that you can’t just quit porn without identifying why your life is shit and then working on that as well
