No neurons don't replicate, its permanent. Also this study seems shady to me. Why would porn literally kill brain cells? Sounds not logical, i can see edging maybe doing it from too much dopamine causing cytotoxicity but masturbating with porn 1 hour a day total wouldn't kill your neurons.
