Well man, 70% of autists are suicidal at some point and 40% try at one point to kill themselves through their life.

But it's definitely not impossible to live a fulfilling life, the problem is not you, it's neurotypicals. If you actually are autistic and you sorround yourself with people around the same point on the spectrum as you it won't affect you anymore, only the sensory difficulities would be a problem.
