generally speaking u cant reall ascend with surgery tbh. only fix failos. if your face is a Volkswagen you will never be a Ferrari (chad), your base is just different

Yeah this was what I was thinking.

The risk to reward ratio on it doesn't seem all that worth it when you look at the reviews and terror tales.

That was exactly my point when it came to PE exercises in general. IF there was the mildest credibility to it it would be as spoken-on as something like mewing. Inb4 a retard starts chastising me on how mewing doesn't work, but yeah I am a tiny bit over 5" so I'll be leaving it.
