It all comes down to your willpower. Some advices are understanding the effect on the brain it has (which you probably are already aware of but still ignore), and knowing that each of your views support the billionaire jew monopoly that is pornography. You also support all the trafficking and degeneracy so present there. You could switch it for reddit thots or instagram thots. That's already a step. Then you would need to understand that masturbation is a tool you use to drug yourself. Afterwards it's your choice to stop or not, if you stop, you will barely want to watch porn, finally quitting. I understand most are not willing to do all of this, so at least make sure to not use the big sites that are owned by jews.
