you can usually tell someone is enhanced by them being HUGE but also extremely lean and dry

as a natty you can either be lean and dry or huge. cant have 1 and the other.

Water. Also the progress when your natty is 10x slower. When I hopped on sarms I made more progress in the first 3 weeks then I did in all 8 months JFL. My strength went through the roof and it still is even tho I'm cutting.

I've heard from a lot of Natty's that when u get to that point try to change it up a bit like start focus on getting stronger in a certain lift to keep that motivation going yk

yeah im mainly focusing on chest and can actually see decent progress which keeps me motivated. also just recently started using preworkout after 11 months without it which is lifefuel :y'all:

best for isolation, the machines i do are a lot of cables (for tricep pushdowns, extensions, ab exercises, sometimes biceps), shoulder press and pec flys. and obviously leg exercises because those are hell without machines.
