I started my growth spurt like 3 month ago im 15.5
Yes i was mouth breather as kid and my moms ramus is 2x me for bare eye

only a surgeon can decide that, cuz without looking at the bone it's hard to judge

but generally with implants everything is possible, look up gonial implants for example

ur still young tho so probably will have to wait till 18 and maybe until then ur facial structure changes anyways
