Positive Canthal Tilt but bug eyed appearance from poor under eye support, what surgery’s can fix this?

Don’t want to touch the shape of the eye since it’s already PCT (not Neutral or negative). But I have bud eye appearance form lower eyelid show + under eye hollowness.

I have poor knowledge of eye surgeries but it seems that this plan may work:
1. Orbital decompression
2. Under eye fat graft with optional touch up within few months of doing it

Implant looks uncanny af, did u get anything for your under eyes in your surgery? In your before pic your tear thoughts are 10x worse than mine

It is. But decompression gives an uncanny look, lowers ipd and pfl and sometimes change nothing at all

What about lower eyelid retraction, it’s mostly my underye area that’s bad

Do that too if u want to. If the recession isn't that bad, fat graft will be enough and implants may not be needed

Implants done right is the best thing to do. If u can't afford it do a fat graft. Neither will move ur lower eyelid up so if u need that u need lower eyelid retraction too

I have almond eyes with low eyelid exposure, that’s not even a problem. The under eyes is a problem for me so prolly gonna get implants and fat graft
