Positive orbital vector with tear troughs?

So from the side you can tell my orbitals are dark, but they are fully projected forward they don't just slope down. Could this be fixed with fat grafting what is causing this?

From what I remember dark eye circles are due to unoxygenated blood vessels which turn purple/blue. The undereye has the thinnest skin and if theres no fat between them then they are visible, so yea fat grafting would help. Tret can help aswell since it thickens the skin. Theres also some people that have them due to hyperpigmentation but I've only seen it with ethnics not whites
