I hate this culture of toxic positivity that normies and women adhere to, thinking being positive and extirpating all negative thoughts will help them better accomplish things.

I noticed I had way more motivation in life once I started calling myself a pathetic loser, saying I was a failure if I didn't accomplish my goals, basically using my hatred to fuel me. Or perhaps admitting something was totally fucked and it had to change immediately. There are certain things in my life where if I said it's great, I'm awesome, blah blah blah, etc it would never change. Of course, you can't do that too much or you get demoralized and despondent. There is a healthy balance, and so-called negativity can be positive if you have a healthy relationship with it.
