Is it a possibility I can lighten skin to this extent with injected glutathione

With glutathione alone probably not, I'd recommend adding kojic acid, hydroquinone and turmeric

Not sure if traditional means of skin whitening would work since to me this looks like Rosacea or to much red undertone more than it does skin darkening

Yeah been going to college and the sun is fucking horrible, plus I’m micro dosing accutane. I do put SPF Korean version on my face though . I feel like being a bit lighter will make me look better though also Debloat
