I know that jaw shaving will give me the effect of the jaw but alot more than just the jaw that changed.

Genio.. but you have completely different fat distribution which even getting leaner might not yield.
Skin tone changed, lip colour changed, bags gone, nasal bridge is thinner, slightly larger bizygomatic width, etc.

I think maybe a bit less hair mass and less facefat would do a already a lot. it's not a critic because you already look good but yeah your head is a bit too round wit that much hair.
