Basically a hair transplant surgeon have been testing out using Verteporfin, a drug that essentially reduces scarring formation on the harvested donor areas during FUE transplants.

The results look really promising.
Essentially what is happening is that *new* hair is being grown in the harvested donor areas, as well as the scarring formation is minimal. We're basically seeing physiological tissue regeneration including the hair follicle that was previously harvested, basically massively increasing donor supply, potentially letting a norwood 6 having donor supply to cover his whole head.

It's the DHT resistant hair you extract from the back of the head (typically) and insert where the hairloss is occuring.

when do you think the usage of this will become common amongst surgeons

They have been saying they have a cure for over 30 years and nothing. About the only thing shown to cure it was an accidental exposure to flames where hair hadn't been for decades but they never followed up with experiments to try and find right amount of fire to achieve that again without destroying scalp.

Maybe there's a cure but it's being suppressed.

The urn was not due to fire but due to the burning hot charcole.

Stop being ridiculous, the guy that will come up with an actual cure for baldness will become a billionaire overnight, if there was a cure it would go on the market as soon as possible.

You think "the elites" care more about making sure people stay bald rather than making money?
