Met with another surgeon today, I expected him to be your typical cuck, especially because I heard bad things about him. He suggested the usual shit of getting a Bimax, but I said I want a modified Le Fort 3 or at least a high Le Fort 1. He actually didn’t decline my suggestion. Gonna see how our coming negotiations go, but if he keeps this up I‘ll start advertising him on here.

It’s modified for patients needs. It can be any cut from actual LF3. Mostly it brings out the zygos.
