Lol most retards here are too low iq to construct a proper version of this. Something like this will not work, after 30 minutes your body gets fatigued if you properly do the stretch and automatically forces itself out (even during the sleep, I recorded myself spazzing out of my construction)

So you have to create a setting that reduces tension overnight which I did through some straps and dumbbells. Yes it works. Growth is minimal, maybe 1 inch if you religiously do it like me. Got me to 6’5” though
