Possible IOI at skl

I'm getting in my friend's whip, and as I'm about to get in, I notice my friend walking across the parking lot. I shout out, "Why do you walk like a lesbian?" He shrugged, but then a car full of girls (mutual friends) stopped behind my friend's car. The one driving shouted, "You look like a lesbian", in a joking way. I turned around and made a surprised face while they giggled, then promptly got in the car. Was this an IOI or a plain diss?
