check this out, fairly reliable and high iq tbh, they talk about lens distortion and how demand for plastic surgery increased WITH the increase of video conferencing and calls. i've been aware of lens distortion for a while now and have been using it a fuckton to cope, but i do think im significantly more attractive in a mirror despite the camera also being reversed to give a 'mirror effect'
