Possible MARPE candidate?

Title,
I've been grinding and snoring ever since I was little, sometimes I sleep for 9 - 10 hours every night for a week and still wake up tired.
I measured my palate and got it to around 41 mm and my mouth width is about 63 mm
I'm pretty sure I have sleep apnea, though I'm still not 100% sure. I will get a sleep study done next month and will know for sure then. I also booked an appointment at a new dentist that's way better than my old one (my old one was so lazy and bad they didn't care about patients at all so that explains if they missed me having a narrow palate)

TLDR;

I think a MARPE would fix my flaw of having a narrow mouth and fix my sleep apnea
