Possible nerve damage

I bonesmashed a little too hard yesterday night, and today i woke up with mild but stronger pain on touch on left ramus. Its bigger but kinda soft on touch. And i cant explain this feeling in my left ear, but it feels like its clogged but i can hear just perfectly fine.
Idk if im just tripping i started bonesmashing everyday like 3 days ago and nothing happened until now
