been injecting test into my delts alternating each night, its been getting hard to push in each night for the last day or to, im using a 27g half inch needle so its pretty small, could this be the formation of scar tissue

Yes, this could be scar tissue. You should stop daily injections, rotate injection sites, and let a doctor check it before continuing — daily self-injections are unsafe.
