Possible schizophrenia or sleep apnea idk

My dad denies it but i always hear him whispering to him self talking third person saying “yh your right i shouldve but actually no” like hes speaking with someone else i always hear it when hes in the bathroom alone in his bedroom sometimes does it in the car also he does act nuts hes kinda low iq he cares abour stupid shit im just wondering do u think this is normal or to get checked out bc i fear he might have schizophrenia and it will be passed down to me also not to mention id never be able to take him doctos he wont go im also 99% sure he has sleep apnea bc he legit countless times my mums told me in his sleep he stops breathing for 2 minutes whilst snoring and he doesnt wnna get checked for that

Nah i dont think hed do anything bad but the problem is he just wont go doctors he refuses even for the sleep apnea
