Possible Skull Shrinkage?

Vitamin K
Vitamin C (2g)
5,000 IU of D


My hat size has dropped (no hair cut) and it's freaking me out.

Are you for certain that your alleged skull shrinkage can be attributed solely to your supplement consumption? I'm calling either BDD, placebo effect, or that this is legit but because of some other cause

Someone on another forum has posted about skull shrinking effects of vitamin K. I think when I'm not consuming enough calcium and other co-factors such things can happen.

Yeah. I was thinking that maybe I'm not consuming enough co-factors such as calcium. Will try to drink some milk.
